Responsibilities
- Architect and prototype next-generation AI systems with 10-year vision alignment
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-resistant cybersecurity frameworks
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis for emerging tech paradigms
- Design human-centric interfaces for brain-computer integration systems
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making algorithms
- Collaborate with policy teams to shape regulatory landscapes for future tech
- Present strategic technology roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Cognitive Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of shipping transformative technologies (portfolio required)
- Deep understanding of AI ethics and responsible development frameworks
- Experience with future-casting methodologies and scenario planning
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or major tech conferences
- Strong background in systems architecture at scale
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling
