Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, quantum computing, biotechnology, and spatial computing domains
- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026+ technological adoption and competitive positioning
- Present foresight findings to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and global tech consortia
- Author white papers and thought leadership on future technology ecosystems
- Advise product development teams on long-term architectural decisions
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory developments impacting tech innovation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record of predicting and capitalizing on tech trends (2008-2023)
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: generative AI, quantum computing, or neurotech
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep understanding of ethical frameworks and societal impacts of advanced technologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Futures Studies, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
