Responsibilities

- Advise executive leadership on tech investments and digital transformation
- Develop talent strategies for emerging skill sets (quantum engineers, AI ethicists)
- Author thought leadership on tech futures and industry whitepapers
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with measurable ROI tracking
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in futurism/forecasting
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Proven track record launching tech products with global impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, Web3, biotech)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on digital transformation
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication for technical/non-technical audiences
