Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead R&D initiatives in AI ethics, quantum algorithms, and green tech integration
- Present strategic visions to investors and board members through compelling data narratives
- Mentor engineers on emerging paradigms like neuromorphic computing and decentralized networks
- Partner with product teams to prototype 2026-ready solutions using agile methodologies
- Analyze global tech policies and geopolitical shifts affecting future tech adoption
- Drive patent strategy for breakthrough innovations with our legal counsel
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or bioinformatics
- Proven track record of scaling tech teams from 10 to 100+ members
- Published research or patents in future technology domains
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience presenting at global tech summits (TED, Davos, etc.)
- Certification in technology forecasting (e.g., Gartner, Forrester methodology)
- Fluency in strategic frameworks like Porter's Five Forces and SWOT analysis
