Responsibilities
- Conduct cutting-edge research on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) and their market implications for 2026
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps and strategic plans aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate futuristic insights into actionable R&D initiatives
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology strategy with corporate vision and investor expectations
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations on future tech trends
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and innovation labs
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technology deployment
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and implementing strategic initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Strong communication abilities to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Experience presenting at industry conferences (Web Summit, CES, etc.)
- Portfolio demonstrating published research or strategic frameworks
