As a key member of our Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with quantum computing pioneers, AI ethicists, and biotech disruptors to develop actionable roadmaps for emerging technologies. You'll translate complex tech trends into executable business strategies while maintaining ethical foresight in an accelerating digital world.
Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across AI, quantum computing, and biotech sectors
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to prepare organizations for disruptive tech shifts
- Produce trend analysis reports identifying emerging tech paradigms and market impacts
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-generation digital experiences
- Advocate ethical tech frameworks for responsible innovation adoption
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor junior futurists in trend analysis and strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy consulting or corporate innovation roles
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, Web3, biotech)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar foresight credential preferred
- Proven track record of translating tech trends into business value
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation publications
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- MSc/MBA in Technology Management, Futures Studies, or related field
