Qualifications
- PhD in Computational Physics, AI Ethics, or Futurist Studies
- 7+ years in strategic tech consulting or R&D leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum applications
- Proficiency in predictive modeling and scenario planning tools
- Experience securing federal innovation grants
- Deep understanding of singularity theory and transhumanism
- Certification in Advanced Technology Governance (ATG)
