- Translate complex theoretical concepts into actionable product roadmaps with 18-24 month horizons
- Drive innovation sprints focused on decentralized AI governance and ethical algorithm design
- Present breakthrough findings to C-suite executives and venture capital stakeholders
- Mentor talent in emerging disciplines like quantum machine learning and synthetic consciousness
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or adjacent field with 10+ years of R&D leadership experience
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum algorithms or neuromorphic systems
- Proven track record shipping at least two breakthrough technologies with $50M+ market impact
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit) and quantum-resistant cryptography
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and decentralized governance models
- Exceptional strategic planning skills with experience building multi-year technology roadmaps
