- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026-focused tech roadmaps for AI, biotech, and quantum applications
- Architect scalable solutions for emerging challenges like decentralized identity and neural interfaces
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 2026 market potential
- Drive innovation sprints blending prototyping with stakeholder alignment
- Present strategic technology forecasts to C-suite and venture partners

Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with proven experience in emerging tech ecosystems
- Expertise in at least two 2026-critical domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, or neurotech
- Published thought leadership on future technology trends (e.g., IEEE, Nature Futures)
- Experience scaling teams for exponential technology adoption
- Track record of delivering 3+ industry-disrupting products
