Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for 2026 market trends and technology adoption curves
- Produce scenario analyses for geopolitical, environmental, and technological disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product roadmaps
- Establish KPI frameworks for innovation pipeline maturity
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging paradigm shifts
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions
- Mentor junior futurists in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Proven track record of influencing C-level decisions with future-focused insights
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, or related field
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Published work on disruptive technologies or megatrends
- Experience with AI/ML applications for predictive modeling
