Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends, geopolitical shifts, and demographic changes to forecast 2026+ market opportunities
- Develop and communicate strategic foresight frameworks to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the impact of future-focused initiatives
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate foresight into product development lifecycles
- Represent the organization at global futurism conferences and industry summits
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and scenario planning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of translating future trends into executable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Economics, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in tech or consulting environments
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or emerging technologies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or Foresight Practitioner Program)
