- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 5-year strategic pivots across product development
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints integrating Web3, biotech, and AI convergence
- Present future-vision roadmaps to investors and board members with data-backed narratives
- Build proprietary foresight tools using predictive modeling and trend analysis
- Mentor the next generation of futurists through internal think tanks and publications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting, innovation, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record translating foresight into commercialized products/services
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and exponential technology curves
- Published thought leadership in futures/innovation publications (e.g., HBR, WIRED)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or relevant field
- Proficiency in foresight platforms (e.g., Foresight Platform, Trend Hunter)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
