Responsibilities

- Author thought leadership publications on emerging tech's societal and economic impact
- Manage a cross-functional innovation lab prototyping next-gen solutions
- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic foresight ROI and adoption rates
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 scale
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption (AI/blockchain/quantum)
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or MBA with tech focus
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., CFP) or equivalent
- Deep understanding of tech convergence patterns and exponential growth curves
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex scenarios into stakeholder narratives
- Experience managing distributed innovation teams across multiple geographies
- Portfolio published foresight work or strategic frameworks
