- Manage a $2M innovation portfolio with ROI tracking mechanisms
- Present strategic frameworks at global forums including Davos and SXSW
- Mentor a team of futurists and data scientists
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Published author or speaker at top-tier futurist conferences
- Expertise in Delphi methodology, SWOT analysis, and trend impact matrices
- Proficiency with AI trend-prediction tools (e.g., GPT-4, TrendWatching)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-shaping initiatives
- Security clearance or willingness to obtain government-level clearance
