Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning research to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2026+
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for enterprise clients
- Present trend analysis and future-state recommendations to executive leadership and boards
- Design innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and climate tech solutions
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops on future-proofing organizational capabilities
- Author high-impact whitepapers and thought leadership on emerging market dynamics
- Build and maintain an expert network of futurists, technologists, and policy influencers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy role
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging tech: AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate solutions
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (journal articles, books, keynotes)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and foresight software
