- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published author or keynote speaker on technology foresight
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams
- Proficiency in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Fluency in strategic foresight frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE)
