Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for enterprise clients using predictive analytics and trend forecasting
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI and quantum computing solutions
- Conduct market research on emerging technologies (Web4.0, biotech convergence, etc.)
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives through compelling data narratives
- Collaborate with R&D teams to validate feasibility of futuristic concepts
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and their impact on innovation ecosystems
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic tech consulting or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in AI/ML frameworks and quantum computing principles
- Proven track record in developing long-term technology roadmaps
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF)
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, D3.js)
