Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, climate tech) to forecast industry disruptions through 2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for product innovation and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into organizational DNA
- Produce annual '2026 Horizon Reports' with actionable insights for executive leadership
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions aligned with predicted market needs
- Monitor policy/regulatory shifts affecting emerging technologies and geopolitical landscapes
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or technology innovation roles
- Proven track record publishing foresight reports or trend analysis (portfolio required)
- Expertise in systems thinking and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (blockchain, biotech, AGI)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures into business strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or Foresight Practitioners)
