- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate foresight into product roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives at global summits
- Mentor junior analysts in trend synthesis and risk mitigation techniques
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, or equivalent field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or R&D innovation roles
- Expertise in trend mapping using tools like Gartner Hype Cycle and Delphi methods
- Published work on 2025+ technological or societal disruptions
- Proficiency in Python/R for predictive modeling and data visualization
- Certification in Futures Studies (preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating multi-year trend prediction accuracy
