- Produce high-impact scenario reports on climate resilience and human augmentation
- Advise C-suite on future-proofing operations against systemic risks
- Partner with R&D to incubate next-gen solutions in decentralized systems
- Represent company at global futurism forums and policy summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of forecasting tech adoption curves (AI/blockchain/metaverse)
- Expertise in scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Deep knowledge of biotech, quantum computing, and climate tech landscapes
- Executive-level presentation skills with ability to distill complex concepts
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience with predictive analytics tools (e.g., Palantir, Tableau)
