Responsibilities
- Develop 3-year strategic roadmaps using trend forecasting and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Produce white papers on disruptive technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AI ethics)
- Advvent board members on regulatory and ethical implications of emerging tech
- Build proprietary forecasting models using machine learning and big data
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global innovation summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 7+ years experience in strategic consulting or corporate innovation
- Published author or speaker at 3+ major tech conferences (Web Summit, CES, etc.)
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (Gartner, Forrester, or similar)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (blockchain, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., from APF or Foresight Practitioners)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-state implementations
