Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate resilience) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+ markets
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients navigating industry convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership teams on future-proofing initiatives
- Author quarterly foresight reports published in leading industry journals
- Build proprietary forecasting models using alternative data sources and machine learning
- Represent the firm at Davos, CES, and exclusive futurist symposiums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent with 8+ years of experience
- Proven track record of accurate technology adoption predictions (2018-2025)
- Expertise in systems thinking and scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Shell's Two Loops)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed foresight publications
- Proficiency in AI-driven trend analysis tools (e.g., GPT-4, TrendHunter Pro)
- Portfolio demonstrating transformational client impact from foresight work
- Security clearance for high-stakes government consulting projects
