Responsibilities
- Analyze exponential tech trends (quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, AGI) and develop 5-8 year strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate futurist insights into actionable product development blueprints
- Partner with C-suite executives to align organizational strategy with 2026 market projections
- Author thought leadership publications on human-machine evolution and ethical tech governance
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups and research institutions
- Develop predictive models using proprietary data analytics to forecast socio-technological inflection points
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, tech innovation, or emerging trend analysis
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, biotech, AI, nanotech)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products or policies
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with advanced visualization (Tableau, D3.js)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or tech ethics (IEEE, Nature Futures, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning frameworks
