- Build proprietary forecasting models using proprietary Horizon Analytics platform
- Mentor junior futurists in advanced foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Portfolio demonstrating published future scenarios or trend forecasts
- Expertise in systems modeling and scenario planning frameworks
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and statistical analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., APF, ACIF) or equivalent practical experience
