- Design and facilitate stakeholder workshops to align leadership on future scenarios
- Create quantitative forecasting models for market disruption and adoption curves
- Lead the incubation of new business units targeting 2026 market gaps
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track progress against strategic milestones
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)

- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruptive technology assessment
