Responsibilities

- Produce quarterly trend reports with actionable recommendations for executive leadership
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Design and oversee pilot programs for next-gen human-machine collaboration systems
- Present foresight frameworks to C-suite stakeholders and investor groups
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning, horizon scanning)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, AGI development, and bio-convergence trends
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling capabilities for complex technical concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology adoption roadmap implementations
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight (e.g., APF, WFS)
