You'll leverage cutting-edge research, predictive analytics, and cross-industry insights to identify breakthrough opportunities in AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable tech.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology foresight framework using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Produce strategic whitepapers and executive briefings on disruptive technologies with 3-5 year impact windows
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable product roadmaps and R&D priorities
- Establish and nurture a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic thought leaders
- Analyze competitive landscapes and regulatory shifts to identify strategic inflection points
- Quantify future market opportunities through predictive modeling and scenario stress-testing
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders with compelling data visualization and narrative storytelling
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology, Web3) and their societal implications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, Business Strategy, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in trend analysis tools (e.g., Palantir, TrendWatching)
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE analysis)
- Strong communication skills with ability to distill complex concepts for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology innovation (portfolio required)
