Responsibilities

- Develop strategic frameworks that align organizational capabilities with future market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product roadmaps and innovation initiatives
- Produce high-impact scenario-planning documents for executive decision-making
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders with compelling data visualizations and narratives
- Mentor junior strategists while fostering a culture of proactive innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and storytelling ability
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight projects with measurable business outcomes
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPC, APF) preferred
