Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Future Studies with 8+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging tech commercialization
- Proven track record leading large-scale innovation projects ($10M+ budgets)
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Scenario Planning)
