Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for clients in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Analyze emerging technologies through scenario planning and impact assessment frameworks
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to align on future-ready initiatives
- Produce thought leadership content including whitepapers and keynote presentations
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and identify disruptive investment opportunities
- Build predictive models for societal adoption of breakthrough technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech research
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of developing long-term strategic frameworks
- Strong data visualization and storytelling skills for complex concepts
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or similar methodology (e.g., CFS)
- Experience with horizon scanning tools and trend analysis platforms
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects for Fortune 500 clients
