Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using advanced scenario modeling and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and whitepapers for executive decision-making
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and innovation labs
- Anticipate geopolitical, economic, and societal shifts impacting future markets
- Design innovation roadmaps for emerging product ecosystems
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate foresight methodologies across the organization
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech strategy
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into actionable strategies
- Experience leading cross-cultural, multidisciplinary teams
- Published thought leadership in futures or technology journals
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
