Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligning with organizational vision
- Lead predictive market analysis to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year impact
- Design and implement strategic frameworks for emerging technology adoption (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Chair cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-state solutions
- Develop executive-level strategic briefings on technology implications for business transformation
- Establish governance protocols for ethical innovation and responsible development
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions and innovation labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven impact on multi-year roadmaps
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies and scenario planning for complex systems
- Deep technical knowledge in at least two emerging domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through technology transformation initiatives
- Advanced degree in Technology, Strategy, or relevant field (PhD preferred)
- Portfolio of published foresight work or technology trend analyses
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFIP, CSTM)
