Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize emerging technology trends (quantum AI, neurotech, climate modeling) into actionable strategic roadmaps
- Design and deploy scenario-planning frameworks for 2026+ market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and executive stakeholders
- Develop patent-pending future-state business models and competitive advantage blueprints
- Present foresight findings to C-suite executives and industry consortiums
- Curate and maintain proprietary Horizon Foresight Database with 10,000+ trend signals
- Mentor junior futurists in predictive analytics and horizon scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analyses or scenario-planning projects
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum computing, AI governance, or climate tech
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Experience presenting to executive audiences at Fortune 500 companies
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Fluency in at least one predictive modeling language (Python/R) or visualization tool (Tableau)
