Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-2035 technology roadmaps for quantum-AI integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Advise C-suite on emerging tech risks and regulatory frameworks

Qualifications
- PhD in Future Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in strategic foresight or emerging tech leadership
- Expertise in quantum computing, AGI safety, or neurotech
- Published thought leadership in Nature/Science journals
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ disruptive tech implementations
- Certification in Advanced Scenario Planning (WFS/AFS)
