- Partner with R&D teams to prototype futuristic solutions
- Monitor geopolitical and market shifts affecting long-term strategy
- Present findings to C-suite and board members with actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or tech innovation
- Expertise in at least two future-critical domains (AI, quantum, climate tech)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into market impact
- Advanced degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization skills
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Portfolio of published future-strategy work
- Fluency in future-coding languages (Python, R) preferred
