- Present strategic recommendations to global stakeholders and industry thought leaders
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track innovation maturity across departments
- Champion ethical technology frameworks and responsible innovation practices
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Technology Forecasting, Futures Studies, or related field
- 10+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation management, or tech R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on long-term technology adoption
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Innovation Management preferred
