- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-forward solutions
- Produce trend reports and strategic briefs for executive decision-making
- Identify partnership opportunities with emerging tech ecosystems
- Drive organizational change management for future-ready transformations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech strategy
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, AR/VR, blockchain, biotech)
- Strong data storytelling and scenario-planning skills
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in tech/finance sectors
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or MBA
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or strategy
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
