Responsibilities
- Architect 2026+ strategic vision by analyzing emerging tech, socio-economic shifts, and global megatrends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into executable innovation roadmaps
- Develop quantitative and qualitative frameworks for forecasting market disruptions and opportunities
- Partner with R&D teams to prioritize next-gen initiatives (quantum computing, neural interfaces, etc.)
- Author thought leadership whitepapers and executive presentations on future-proofing strategies
- Establish KPIs for measuring organizational resilience and adaptability in 2026+ environments
- Advose C-suite on ethical implications and societal impact of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurist roles at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS or CFIP) strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations with measurable outcomes
