Responsibilities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026+ technological adoption across industries
- Lead scenario planning for disruptive innovations (quantum computing, neural interfaces, etc.)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging paradigms and paradigm shifts
- Design ethical frameworks for next-generation AI systems and autonomous technologies
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders and industry partners
- Author thought leadership publications on future societal impacts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech research
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into actionable strategies
- Strong background in ethical technology governance and policy development
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis
- Exceptional communication skills for diverse technical and non-technical audiences
