Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological, economic, and societal shifts
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks to inform R&D priorities and market expansion
- Collaborate with product teams to embed future-readiness into core architecture
- Present executive briefings on emerging disruption vectors and opportunity landscapes
- Establish cross-functional innovation labs to prototype 2026-viable solutions
- Author thought leadership positioning InnovateNext as the 2026 innovation authority
- Partner with academic institutions and government bodies on future policy frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record translating future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing, climate tech, or neuro interfaces
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex, interconnected futures
