Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology foresight framework, including AI ethics, quantum computing, and sustainable tech integration
- Lead scenario planning for disruptive market shifts and geopolitical impacts on innovation ecosystems
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions (e.g., neural interfaces, climate AI)
- Deliver strategic briefings to executive leadership and external stakeholders on emerging tech trends
- Establish KPIs for measuring organizational preparedness for 2026 technological inflection points
- Champion human-centered design principles in all future-state implementations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futures research, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of developing long-term tech roadmaps with measurable impact
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI governance, quantum computing, climate tech, or bioinformatics
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities for complex future scenarios
- Experience advising C-suite executives on technology disruption and adaptation
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent field
- Published thought leadership on technological singularity or human-machine evolution
