Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and socio-economic shifts through 2026
- Develop quantitative future-state models using advanced scenario planning and predictive analytics
- Design strategic roadmaps for quantum computing, AI governance, and biotechnology integration
- Present foresight findings to executive stakeholders and board committees
- Build cross-functional innovation ecosystems with academic and industry partners
- Author thought leadership publications on long-term technological disruption
- Oversee the implementation of ethical frameworks for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or MBA with tech specialization
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in future studies or technology ethics
- Experience with strategic foresight tools (Delphi method, cross-impact matrices)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
