As a key member of our Strategy Innovation team, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, research labs, and global partners to decode signals from the present and design blueprints for 2026 and beyond. You'll influence product roadmaps, investment decisions, and organizational adaptation in an era of unprecedented technological acceleration.
Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year strategic foresight initiatives mapping technological and societal trends through 2026
- Develop scenario-based models for emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence)
- Partner with R&D teams to translate future insights into actionable innovation pipelines
- Present strategic frameworks to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish global thought leadership through white papers, conference keynotes, and industry reports
- Coordinate cross-functional 'Future Task Forces' to address paradigm-shifting disruptions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Policy, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing credible future scenarios for 2025-2030
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, neurotech)
- Exceptional systems thinking and pattern recognition capabilities
- Experience presenting complex future concepts to C-level executives
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation domains
