As a key member of our Future Intelligence Division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to translate foresight into actionable strategies. Your insights will directly shape product roadmaps, investment decisions, and corporate positioning for the 2026 horizon.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology foresight framework using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Produce strategic whitepapers and executive briefings on disruptive technologies (quantum AI, biotech convergence, neurointerfaces)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions and innovation priorities
- Design and implement pilot programs for emerging technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Establish KPIs and metrics to track progress toward 2026 strategic milestones
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight roles
- Proven expertise in scenario modeling, Delphi methodology, and trend impact analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published work in futurist journals or industry whitepapers
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from foresight organizations like APF or WFS)
