Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market impact through 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for C-suite decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational priorities with future trends
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario planning documents
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-focused innovation into roadmaps
- Represent company at global futurist conferences and industry symposia
- Mentor junior strategists in horizon scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating complex trends into business strategy
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFTE, APF)
- Experience with scenario planning and trend mapping methodologies
