Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AGI ethics, biotech convergence
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year technology roadmaps
