Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ technological and societal trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and risks
- Produce scenario analysis reports and whitepapers on AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Partner with product teams to integrate future trends into R&D roadmaps
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders and executive leadership
- Drive organizational culture of innovation through thought leadership initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, and Web3
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial strategies
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Strong communication skills for executive presentations and thought leadership
- Experience with horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
