As a key member of our Future Intelligence Unit, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to translate foresight into actionable strategies. Your work will directly influence product development, market positioning, and organizational resilience in an era of exponential change.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, regulatory shifts, and behavioral patterns to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for emerging domains (AI ethics, quantum computing, bio-integration)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future vision and risk mitigation
- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and executive briefings on disruptive technologies
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs to scout breakthrough concepts
- Quantify future market opportunities through data modeling and predictive analytics
- Advose on organizational adaptation strategies for workforce automation and human-AI collaboration
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi analysis, scenario planning)
- Experience with predictive analytics tools and data visualization platforms
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist work or strategic frameworks
