Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to generate future-state concepts
- Present visionary roadmaps to executive leadership and investor boards
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-generation solutions
- Monitor competitor innovation and emerging technologies
- Author thought leadership publications on future industry paradigms
- Advise on ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused roles
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Proficiency with futures research tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Demonstrated experience presenting to C-level executives and boards
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex concepts
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
