Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic, technological, and sociocultural trends to forecast industry shifts through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for emerging technologies (quantum computing, bio-integration, AI governance)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product roadmaps and business strategies
- Author high-impact trend reports and executive briefs for C-level stakeholders
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and innovation labs
- Design ethical frameworks for emerging technology adoption and deployment
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Systems Thinking, Technology Policy, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology analysis
- Proven track record of publishing trend reports or whitepapers in tech/finance publications
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning techniques
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ years of trend analysis or innovation strategy work
